Connecting people, purpose and performance

Our solid foundation of practical application and internationally-recognised certifications enables FR@NK consultants to add significant value to your Agile journey. We work across the private and public sectors, and help organisations ranging from small start-ups to some of New Zealand’s largest companies.

We are authorised to train and offer certifications for a number of courses, as listed on our Training page.

Workshop facilitation

Our expertise lies in the following areas, but we can create content to suit your requirements. Some of our most popular workshops include:

  • Agile 101: Introduction to Agile / Agile myth busting session
  • Agile for Leaders: Key skills and capabilities for Agile leaders
  • Scrum 101: Scrum events, roles and responsibilities, and how to form a Scrum team
  • SAFe 101: Introduction to the Scaled Agile Framework
  • Value stream mapping
  • Customer journey mapping
  • Team building
  • Risk, issue, assumption and dependency management

We also facilitate Scrum and SAFe events, such as Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Retrospectives, and PI Planning.

Coaching

Our coaches provide support from the team to Executive level, and right across the organisation. This could involve coaching specific role types (such as Scrum Masters or RTEs), teams (starting out or optimising), functional areas (such as the PMO or Finance), cross-functional teams, or your C Suite.

We can also help you identify, set up, and run, Communities of Practice, Guilds, Scrum of Scrums, or other appropriate groups to enhance collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams and practices.

Coaching is a particularly valuable service which we recommend as a complement to our training offerings, as this truly helps embed new behaviours, principles, values and practices.
